Our privacy policy is quite simple. We will not divulge any personal information that you have supplied to us about yourself to any person or other organisation. All information in our possession is held strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and 2003, and we take this very seriously.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

We receive information from many sources around the town, including members and staff within the Councils, and this is very useful to us. If you have information which you believe might be helpful to us or which you believe should be more widely known, please do not hesitate to let us know. If you do not wish the source of such information to be divulged we can assure you of absolute confidentiality. Similarly, if you wish to supply us with information but you wish the information itself to be confidential, we can assure you of this too.
